Shopkap reserves the right to Ban/Pause/Terminate the seller & it's product or part of its products from the platform if they find any dispute related to product, quality of product, quality of shipping, regular delays in delivery, misbehave with customers, use of foul language with customers or team mates of Shopkap or Shopkap's third-party agencies. In-case of spreading negative image of Shopkap & its associates will lead to suspension of the seller and it would also lead to not settle the account with the seller along with legal course of action would be initiated. In no situation seller is empowered to spread any negative feedback/review of Shopkap & its associate not limiting to the team members but it's other affiliations. Shopkap reserves the right to terminate & suspend your products or seller account (if facility provided) without any prior intimation.

If you are a small business owner who doesn't have tech experience and cannot manage a professional ecommerce website could join Shopkap's Listing Programs. Also, who are not able to list their products on Amazon or any such large aggregator for number of reasons. Joining Shopkap does not require to reduce your products rate or provide any offers or discounts on your products.

No, we do not have the provision to share any such login areas for the sellers as of now. In future we might bring this sort of updates if required.

No, we would manage your products on our website and therefore you do not need any extra skill to manage online store or anything of that sort.

Shopkap expects you as a seller to promote our website from your Social Media Channels in any form. For successful growth it is essential to cross promote brands and you are expected to share your product list on your Social Media Handles. You can create a highlight board on your Instagram Profile for Shopkap where you can showcase stories that leads to our website.

It depends on the product, price value & our operations team. If our concerned team finds any issue or complexity or if they doubt that the product may not be suitable to our platform they ask you to share sample products. However, please remember that the shipping cost needs to be borne by the seller in this case.

No, you can continue to use your packaging just need to mention our Brand Name & Website link in your shipping challan and insert a shopping card of Shopkap in your product packaging. You can request Shopkap's team to provide you the shopping card at your doorstep when you register as a seller. When the initial batch of shopping card gets over, you need to request Shopkap team to send you one. Don't forget to mention SHOPKAP name in your Shipping Details, else Return Rate will increase and therefore the loss occurred due to this would be borne by the respective seller.

No, your product needs to be shipped to the customer at your end and if you don't have any existing shipping partners then we would assign one shipping partner for you at your own cost. If you wish Shopkap to ship your products to the customer directly then you need to provide your product stock to Shopkap (atleast 5 nos. of each products that you list on the website) whose shipping cost would be borne by the respective seller.

As committed by Shopkap, we do not compromise on seller's profit. Therefore, we give you room to continue charging the amount that you do. For e.g. if you charge for a product now at Rs. 200/- you will receive the same amount when a purchase takes place. We keep the extra amount above Rs. 200/-. Therefore, we don't offer any commission as it is not a paid collaboration unless the monthly order reaches above 200 nos.

We understand that you might need to change your product description on time to time basis. Therefore you can email your request to our admin or dedicated poc for the changes. However, we are limiting the number of changes to 2 in a month initially. If you need more number of changes you have to request for additional changes which would be assigned as per the available time slot of our developers. If you need changes urgently after expiration of 2 Free changes in a single month you can do so by paying Rs 200/- extra for each time.
